They were okay for a time, but then the interior of the shoe seemed to break down causing foot pain and blisters. I wont buy them again. The comfort of shoes made is Spain is much better! I ordered a pair of Gallardo shoes 6 months ago and I have not received anything from Flamenco World! I had to submit 6 emails to even get a response regarding the status of my order. They are the bottom of the barrel for customer service! They dont care! They take your money before the shoes are even manufactured and then dont deliver the product. I am going to start a dispute with VISA to get my money back from Flamenco World. I did have very good luck with Esflamenco. I ordered Trianas from a small workshop in Sevilla that contracts exclusively with esflamenco. Their selection is limited, but the shoes are good quality and sturdily built and comfortable. Two other members of my dance class did not receive their merchandise from Flamencoworld. I even had a friend who lives in Spain call them for me and he said they were rude and incompetent and recommended I start a dispute to get my money back. Another shoe I am investigating is the Senovilla brand which is made in Spain, but sold through a company in California. Flamenco World is run by a bunch of internet thieves! I completely agree! Comment on 5 Great Flamenco Albums on iTunes by Flamenquito http://www.falseta.com/reviews/5-great-flamenco-albums-on-itunes/comment-page-1#comment-687 Flamenquito Tue, 03 Jan 2012 16:44:55 +0000 http://falseta.com/reviews/5-great-flamenco-albums-on-itunes/#comment-687 There are some good Flamenco guitarists in the United States, most of them influenced, of course, by Paco de Lucia, the legendary master of Flamenco guitar (arguably the best ever). I especially like Val Ramos (Val Ramos Flamenco Ensemble) but Chuscales, Arturo Martinez, Jose Ramon Ramos, and Juanito Pascual are also excellent. My favorite album is POR MI CAMINO (PIRAM Records) featuring the Val Ramos Flamenco Ensemble. Do check it out! I was able to hang out with pianist and percursionist after show at a bar at Manhattan Beach Pier. We had lots of fun, laughing and talking about everything! they are very friendly and great sense of humor! they really enjoyed the crowd! I was so lucky and priviledge to get to know them and spend time with them. Ole! I was one of the luckies to be there front row! I could not miss it.
