Great comments so far everybody. very informative reading.
Like it has been said al;ready, obviously the brand of strings needs to fit to the guitar and I guess its our own value sytems that determine what sounds good somehow anyhow yes?? Ive also had very different sound results from using low, medium, or high tension strings. For me there was a clear discernable clarity and strength difference when I began using high tension strings. Conde hermanos as I have already referred to in an earlier post. Kind regards to all. Has anybody tried D'addario's T2 Titanium trebles?
I put a set on. They do offer there great intonation. The sound seems a bit sweeter then the nylon Pro-arte's. Still deciding but first impression is good. Price is nice at @2.95 for a treble set from Stringsbymail.com.

All good info here. Much appreciated. Still like to hear more about tensions....not b9ths or diminished fifths but preference for med or high. Any long term effects on the instrument using higher tension? Regardless of 'brand' high tension strings will ALWAYS sound better but not always better under the fingers...any thoughts
