If you are using "crazy glue" to glue on the nails, just be aware that the glue contains the poison: "cyanide" which may cause nerve damage to your fingers, which in turn could cause you to develop a case of "focal dystonia," or "writers' cramp." I developed focal dystonia myself. I can not be certain if the glue was solely responsible for my focal dystonia, but it certainly had some effect......

As I said in a post above, try taking 20 mg of the vitamin, "biotin," every day and then apply 3 coats of "Nailtiques" to your nails.......

I had my nails done a couple of times. Now I just do them myself. I clip them, file them to where I want, then I apply nail hardener. I use nail polish remover to remove the nail hardener just before I get ready to put on a new coat of nail hardener. I also take a vitamin called Biotin which has helped quite a bit.
