Default Bulerias

Hola
Been looking at various foot placement when playing bulerias
ie
tapping on accents
12 3 6 8 10
or in 2
ie
12 2 4 6 8 10
0r in 3
12 3 6 9
after months of this i find i generally go for the accents or more so of late in 2
find the feel of 2 makes the accent of '3' more like a syncopation, and the last 3 accents more defined
'in front' of the beat... more forward motion than placing the foot just on the accents...
also feels more fluid when working in the 6 cycle's

ephemeral thing talking about 'feel' but have noticed quite a difference when applying this.
any thoughts, theories and criticisms?

i usually switch it up between 2's and 3's. i practice with a metronome this way as well, but with 6's too. the more space in between the clicks/foot taps, the more chance there is to skew the tempo or off set something, so i find it's a good way to develop a solid tempo.

im trying to tap in 2's for palos like alegrias as well. after tapping 1's for so long, my calves should be jacked by now.

cant imagine the 1's!!! ouch!! can feel the cramp setting in...
guess alegrias is always a good place to start with these foot placements
find that comfortable on the accents..as with a siguiryas,...bulerias is like the golden chalice at present, getting the feel right...!
metronome vital!

the 1's are really helpful in keeping things metronome tight because you can't imagine how many people speed up on 6,8,10.

but man, it's a tough workout fighting against 15 palmeras.
