Bata de Cola - Dressmaker

Hola, looking for good bata de cola dressmakers from Spain or from NorthAmerica. What determines the authenticity of a bata de cola? I see many online companies selling bata, and personal pages providing bata sewing instructions. Are there "rules" or guideline (in fabric and length, how-to-measure for one, etc) to determine what is an authentically made bata de cola? I know the price range of a bata can be very large (just like wedding dresses!!) . What is the reasonable price range? I would appreciate any good guidelines, articles, recommended dressmakers, etc.
Gracias

RE flamenco dressmaker

Try Raquel Lopez in San Francisco. I took her baile classes in the early seventies. She danced in Spain for many years. She is back in Frisco now, I don't know why she retired from dancing and teaching, she is only designing and dressmaking now, but she would certainly be able to help you. Good luck. El Barbaro.
