Hallo folks, i am new at trying to play flamenco guitar.
Many years ago I had 4 or 5 year classical guitar lessons and after that I went to electrical to western back to electrical. Then stopped playing for 8 years. But because an friend of was starting guitar playing, it gave me a trigger to pickup mine again. First classical and not much later I came in contact with flamenco. I heard some pieces from Paco de Lucia and I thought if I can play an 1 minute part it would be fantastic. So I realised that I had to start at the bottom. First I bought some DVD material but after that I was afraid to learn the wrong things. So I have live lessons now, 1hr every 2 weeks. Next mondag I have mine seventh lesson. Still a long way to go I know, but every minute is fun for me. Saludos Alejandro Gaviota this is becomming mine stage name, if at any time I will get to that level, but you have to aim high and have some dreams ![]() |
