Hi, I'm a begginer in terms of flamenco, I'm familiar with the guitar, because i play bass.
I'm currentley practicing the triplet, and a rumba technique, but I just can't get arpegio's
right, I woul'd really like some simple piece's and some good exersizes, for both right and
left hand.

This request is perhaps more difficult to address than you might imagine, because there are many different kinds of arpeggios in flamenco. Below is a link to a basic pattern of solea (as part of an ad by Adam del Monte). A rapid pimami pattern is combined with ligados and typical flamenco use of the thumb. Perhaps this will help you.
