Default Soleares question

I have a question regarding the Soleares chord progressions and form.

We all know the standard F, C, F, E 'verse' (then repeat with a high g on the e string), right? Then there's the 'Llamada' E, E7, F, E, F, E, F, E, right? And at some point Am, G, F, E.

Well, on the Solo Compas Soleares CD (the most 'straightforward' Soleares I could find, the guitarist mainly plays E and F, he only goes to the 'verse' very occasionally. The bulk of the Soleares is E to F to E.

Am I missing something?
