These are not the typical lyre design, or swirls and flowers.

They are silver (chrome, nickel..?)

If you looked at the tuners from the side, horizontal, they have three sections: top, center, bottom..

The center horizontal section, where the gear/post would be, is smooth. The top and bottom have a design that looks like this:
