I'm obsessed with this Bulerias by Rafael Riqueni from 'Juego de Ninos'.

I want to try transcribing it but I can't figure out the key. Someone says it's G# Phrygian--the tome for Minera. What I'm not sure about is if he is using a special tuning.

Does anybody know this? Or can someone with a better ear than I figure it out?
