A vital element of this club will be a one-hour open-stage set after the main show during which London's flamenco talent can test their latest work or showcase their favourite pieces. All artists and serious students will be welcome to share their talent.
We intend to make this an essential regular London flamenco night, with an expanding range of star guests. And also, by offering local flamencos the chance of invaluable stage-time, we hope to play something of a development role. Hope to see you there.
Bread and Roses flamenco night will operate on the last sunday of the month. The frst night on September 26th features Jorge Muelas, Chris Clavo, Luis el Mono and La Joaquina. On October 31st we welcome Natalia Garcia Huidobro, a regular performer at Las Carboneras, who is over from Spain teaching a workshop. And hopefully, Gemma de la Cruz will be back for our Nov/Dec show, with classes.
