You really need to have a live instructor. The online stuff, books, DVD, etc., are good for supplementing live instruction.

I'll soon start putting videos with flamenco guitar lessons, if you want I'll let you know when It's all set up.

For now i have just written a few articles about flamenco designed for beginners (the link is in my signature).

PS: I'm kind of busy right now but in the future I plan on doing private lessons too.
