The Ethnic Heritage Council and Seattle Center present the Eighth Annual Winter Worldfest, November 23-25, in the Seattle Center House. Award-winning Carmona Flamenco (Marcos, Rubina and David) and guest artist Ana Montes present an evening of contemporary, traditional flamenco music, song and dance.
